Longevity AI launches Hint integration for connected direct care workflows

Longevity AI has launched a live, bidirectional integration with Hint, the platform built for Direct Care practices, including concierge, functional medicine, and longevity clinics.

Practices using both systems can now keep key patient information and clinician-facing outputs synchronized across Hint and Longevity AI. The connection is available through the Hint Marketplace and requires an active Longevity AI account.

A connected patient picture across Hint and Longevity AI

The integration synchronizes six core groups of information in both directions:

  • Patient demographics and profile
  • Lab and biomarker results
  • Wearable and lifestyle data
  • Clinical notes and SOAP notes
  • Personalized care plans
  • Risk scores and trajectories

That range matters for functional medicine practices and concierge and longevity clinics, where the patient picture develops between visits and across many different inputs. Profile information, laboratory findings, lifestyle signals, clinical documentation, care plans, and changing risk can remain connected instead of living as isolated pieces in separate systems.

Longitudinal intelligence with the clinician in control

Florence, Longevity AI’s clinical intelligence, brings clinical, behavioral, and historical information into one longitudinal view. She helps clinicians understand what has changed, what may need attention, and how the patient's trajectory is developing over time.

Florence can also draft clinical summaries, SOAP notes, and personalized care plans based on the information available in the patient's record. Clinicians review, edit, and approve every output before it informs care.

With the Hint integration, supported data and outputs can stay synchronized across both platforms, giving the practice a connected workflow from patient information and biomarkers through documentation, planning, and follow-up.

"The value of clinical AI depends on whether it can work inside the systems clinicians already use," said Guy Leitersdorf, Founder and CEO of Longevity AI. "With data moving between Hint and Longevity AI, Florence can work from a fuller longitudinal patient picture, prepare documentation and plans for the clinician to review, and keep the clinical decision exactly where it belongs: with the clinician."

Built for direct-care practices

Hint gives Direct Care clinics one place to run the entire practice, from clinical tools and membership management to billing and payments. Longevity AI adds a clinical-intelligence layer for longitudinal synthesis, risk trajectories, documentation, and personalized planning.

Together, the integration gives practices using Hint a direct path to bring Longevity AI into their existing technology environment. It also expands the growing set of EMR, wearable, laboratory, and connected-device integrations available to Longevity AI clinics.

"AI is changing what's possible in primary care, and Direct Care practices are in a strong position to lead that shift," said Zak Holdsworth, CEO and co-founder of Hint Health. "Connecting Longevity AI to Hint gives longevity and functional medicine practices a fuller picture of each patient, right where they already run their practice. That's the kind of progress that makes direct care the new standard."
