(“Our Company” or “we”) is engaged in the business of research, development and commercialization of data science driven AI empowered personalized longevity plans, services, and products to be offered to customers (“Customers”) by us or by third parties (collectively, for convenience purposes - the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information We collect from Customers in connection with their use of the Service, the mobile phone application created via the Service (“Apps”), and/ or the longevity-ai.com website or all of his subdomains(the "Website"). “You” or “Customer” means any individual or entity that uses the Service the Apps or the Website (and includes any distributors of the Service that use the Service on behalf of Customers or otherwise in connection with Customer accounts offered or managed by such distributors, mutatis mutandis, to the extent applicable).

This Privacy Policy is deemed an integral part of Our Company's Terms of Service (the "Terms"). 2.     PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you install and register as a user of the Our Service Website or Apps, you will be asked to provide us with your name, address, email, phone number, hotel room number (if applicable), date of birth, gender, answers to our questionnaires (including, but not limited to our fitness questionnaire, health questionnaire, mental health questionnaire, nutritional habits and preferences questionnaire and personal goals questionnaire), blood test data, physical examination data, genetic and epigenetic data, data measurements provided by your watch or other wearables and health records provided by other applications such as apple health, google fit etc. (collection of wearable data might be provided by the specialized applications provided for their wearables) and data about the different activities, habits and services the user have participated in. The data provided by wearables and other health applications include and are not limited to data about sleep, location, physical activity, weight etc.

3.     HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you: (a) Register online or place an order for any of our Services. (b) Voluntarily complete a Customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email. (c) Use or view our Websites via your browser’s cookies. (d) Answer our online questionnaire forms (e) Use our mobile app, while it is connected to one of your wearable devices, or to one health apps you are making use of.

Our Company may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources: (a) third party blood labs, hospitals, medical centers or any other entity that is allowed to sample and decode your blood tests. (b) third party gene sequencing labs, hospitals, medical centers or any other entity that is allowed to sample and decode your genetic data. (c) hospitals and medical centers that have access to you historic medical data (applicable if you use our service in the context of a cooperation between Our Company and other hospital or medical center) (d) Resorts and Spas (applicable if you use our service in the context of a cooperation between Our Company and other Resort or Spa center) (e) Retirement homes (applicable if you use our service in the context of a cooperation between Our Company and other Retirement home) (f) Trainers, and Longevity Trainers (applicable if you use our service in the context of a cooperation between Our Company and other Trainers, or Longevity Trainers)

4.     COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-PERSONAL DATA

The Website and the Our Company Apps, respectively, tracks basic information about its respective visitors and users including, without limitations, IP addresses, browser and operating system type, timestamps, application functions accessed, and application behaviors. Our Company does not use any of this information to personally identify specific users, but rather for administration, maintenance, service improvement, promotional and aggregate analytics purposes.

Our Company also keeps records of aggregated and, or anonymized data for the purpose of improving the Service. Such data includes, and not limited to, biomarker distribution inside the population, correlations between different data points, anonymized full records etc.

5.     USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED; MARKETING

Our Company collects your data so that we can: (a) Process your order of our Services, provide the Services, monitor your usage thereof and otherwise manage your account. (b) Email you with special offers on other products and services of ours we think you might like. (c) Provide you with health metrics, including but not limited to Bioage, pace of gaining, sleep score etc. (d) provide you with longevity plan (e) Improve the Service by learning your actions and preferences, and adjusting future generated Longevity plans.

If you agree, Our Company will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.

You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Our Company Group, to the extent applicable.

When Our Company processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

Our Company will not share your personal information with third parties, other than those required to facilitate the use of the Services and/or as set forth in this Privacy Policy, and other users of the Services with which you communicate, without your express consent or (i) as required by law; (ii) to protect and defend Our Company's rights and property (including enforcement of agreements); and (iii) to act in urgent circumstance to protect the personal safety of users of our Services or members of the public.

Our Company does not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties for any of their marketing purposes.

The Services are currently free from advertising. However, Our Company may in the future decide to enter into engagements with third parties to conduct advertising campaigns on the Services whereby advertisements and/ or links will be appear on the Website and/ or directly on Our Company Apps. Our Company will not share personally identifiable information with these third parties without your consent. Please note, however, that your response to a specific ad campaign targeted by such party to a specific audience may identify you as part of such audience and therefore indirectly provide personal information related to you. These third party advertisers may use cookies, web beacons and other technology to automatically collect data in order to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements which use of technologies is subject to those parties' respective privacy policies. Our Company will bear no liability with respect to the use of such technologies by any such third parties.

By using the Service, you agree that you are solely responsible for the information you share with other users of the Services and that you have no obligation to share any personal information with other users.

6.     DATA SECURITY; HOW DO WE STORE DATA

Our Company securely stores your data at AWS Cloud Service Provider, who provide database as a service, and implement security measures as built in, in their service. In addition, on top of that we provide an extra layer of security.

Our Company will keep your health data for two years. Once this time period has expired, we will anonymize  your data by removing the mapping between the information that indicates who you are, how or where can we find you, and between the information that contains the full spectrum of biomarker data we possess on you.

Our Company is committed to keeping your personal information private and takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. However, you acknowledge that the use of the Internet for transmission of data bears inherent security risks and that therefore we cannot guarantee that the transmission of your messages over the Internet and our method of storage of data is 100% secure from unauthorized and/ or malicious access, use or corruption. You acknowledge that you must bear all loss and/ or damage caused by such risks and that Our Company will have no responsibility with respect thereto.

7.     WHAT ARE YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS?

Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

9.     DELETION OF USER ACCOUNTS

In order to completely remove your user account, you may contact Our Company at support@longevity-ai.com from the email address originally used to open your user account and Our Company will confirm to you that your account was successfully removed.

10.  THIRD PARTY SITES

Our Privacy Policy applies solely to personal information that is acquired on the Website the Apps or through your use of our Services and/or your relationship with Our Company. We take no responsibility with respect to the privacy policy of any website which referenced you to the Website, or any website linked from our Website, and the privacy policy of those respective websites shall solely apply to the collection and use of any personal data acquired by such sites.

Longevity AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11.  CHILDREN

None of the Website, Apps or Services are targeted at users who are “children” or “minors” as such term are defined under applicable laws. Our Company does not knowingly collect information from users who are children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personally identifying information, we will remove such information from our systems immediately. We request that such individuals do not provide personal data through the Services.

Children may NOT use the Services (including the Our Company App) and must LEAVE the Website immediately.

You represent and warrant that You are above the age defined as “child” under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Our Services are not directed or intended for Children.

12.  BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS

In the event that Our Company shall consummate a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, the personal information of Our Company's users will likely be among the assets transferred.

Our Company will post a notice on the Site of any such change in ownership or control of the personal information collected by it prior to such transfer.
